01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 445bd ("445bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 445bd.vip. By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on the 445bd platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other markets), live casino tables, RNG slot games, crash games, video poker, and any promotional campaigns or loyalty programmes operated by 445bd.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 445bd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

445bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 445bd.vip/terms-conditions.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a 445bd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 445bd enforces a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the age of 18 to engage in gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register that applies to your use of the 445bd platform.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used to fund your 445bd account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 445bd or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable to your location.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 445bd products and services, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

Each individual may hold only one 445bd account at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 445bd employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any bonus balances or pending winnings may be forfeited at 445bd's sole discretion.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 445bd login credentials (username and password).
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your 445bd account.
• You must notify 445bd support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 445bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• All account activity carried out using your credentials is deemed to be activity authorised by you unless you have notified 445bd of a security breach prior to that activity occurring.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

445bd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally integrated payment methods. All transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your 445bd account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation. 445bd does not charge a fee on deposits, however your mobile financial services (MFS) provider may apply their standard transaction charges — please check with your MFS provider for their current fee schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 445bd finance team. Processing times vary by method:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Typically completed within 1 to 4 hours during business hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their source.
• 445bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

445bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the Player's bonus balance, which is separate from the real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) or not at all — refer to the specific promotion terms for exact contribution rates.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• 445bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it believes the promotion is being misused or exploited.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Full terms for the welcome bonus are available on the promotions page.
• Bonus balances that remain unclaimed or do not meet wagering requirements within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 445bd platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the 445bd platform. Any such error must be reported to support immediately; any winnings derived from exploiting an error may be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of collusion designed to guarantee profit or undermine the integrity of sports betting markets.
• Using your 445bd account for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of the 445bd platform or its integrated game content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward 445bd staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your 445bd account or account balance to another individual.

445bd employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, fraudulent account activity, and bonus abuse. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 445bd reserves the right to void relevant bets and transactions, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and close the account without notice.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

445bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 445bd account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC compliance.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion request, please inform our support team of this specific reason. 08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 445bd platform — including but not limited to the 445bd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 445bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 445bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the 445bd platform without prior written consent from 445bd.
• Create derivative works based on 445bd platform content or brand assets.
• Use the 445bd name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 445bd platform on any third-party website or application.

Game content accessible through the 445bd platform (slots, live casino tables, crash games, and video poker) is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective game studios.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 445bd, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 445bd platform.

• 445bd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.
• 445bd is not liable for any loss arising from a failure of telecommunications infrastructure, internet service providers, or device hardware on the Player's side.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that causes an incorrect game outcome or incorrect odds to be displayed, 445bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount. 445bd is not obligated to honour payouts generated as a direct result of a technical error.
• 445bd's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall in no event exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their 445bd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law & Amendments

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 445bd operates the platform with Bangladesh as its primary target market and endeavours to ensure that its operations, payment integrations, and player communications are appropriate for users in Bangladesh.

Amendments: 445bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material, 445bd will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via their registered email address or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of the 445bd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the 445bd platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 445bd regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
